Jeetplay Terms and Conditions

Introduction:

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “T&Cs”) form a binding legal agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as “You”, “Your”, “Player”) and Jeetplay (hereinafter referred to as “The Company”). 1. Scope of Agreement:

2. Your Account:

You are required to provide accurate and complete personal information upon registration. This includes, but is not limited to, Your full legal name, date of birth, and address. The information provided must match Your official identification documents, such as Aaadhar or PAN card.

2.2. One Account Rule:

You are permitted to open and maintain only one account on the platform. Multiple accounts per individual, household, or IP address are strictly prohibited and may result in suspension or closure of all related accounts.

2.3. Account Security:

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your username and password. In the event of loss or unauthorized access, You must immediately notify The Company. Jeetplay will not be responsible for any activity conducted via Your account.

3. Verification (KYC):

3.1. To comply with anti-fraud and anti-money laundering (AML) laws, verification of Your identity is mandatory for making any withdrawals.

3.2. Required documents include, but are not limited to, “Identity Proof” such as Aadhaar Card or PAN Card, and “Address Proof” such as a utility bill or bank statement not older than six months.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals:

4.1. Deposits:

The Company accepts deposits via various methods including UPI and NetBanking. The minimum deposit amount is ₹500. All deposited funds must originate from a payment method registered in Your name.

4.2. Withdrawals:

Withdrawals are processed in Indian Rupees (₹) within 3 to 5 business days upon account verification. Withdrawal limits may apply depending on the selected payment method. Full compliance with KYC procedures is requisite prior to withdrawal processing.

5. Bonus & Promotion Terms:

5.1. General Rules:

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements as detailed on the promotions page. Bonus funds and winnings expire if wagering requirements are not met within the stipulated time frame. Abuse of bonuses via fraudulent activities is strictly prohibited and may lead to closure of Your account.

6. Prohibited Activities:

6.1. Engaging in fraudulent activity, use of VPNs, collusion with other players, use of automated bots or other software assistance, and chargebacks are strictly prohibited. Breaching these terms may result in suspension of services and closure of Your account.

7. Account Closure & Suspension:

The Company reserves the right to close or suspend Your account at its sole discretion if any infringement of these T&Cs is suspected, or if any fraudulent activity is detected.

8. Responsible Gaming:

The Company is committed to promoting responsible gaming as a core policy. Players have access to a variety of tools including setting deposit limits and self-exclusion options to ensure a safe gaming experience.

9. Limitation of Liability:

The Company is not liable for any loss or damage that may arise from Your use of Our services beyond what is required by law.

10. Complaints & Dispute Resolution:

In the event of a complaint or dispute, You should contact The Company’s customer service. Matters unresolved by customer service may be escalated to the appropriate regulatory authority governing The Company’s operations.

11. Governing Law:

These T&Cs are governed by and construed in accordance with Indian law. All disputes arising out of or in connection with these T&Cs shall be resolved by the courts of India.

12. Amendments:

The Company reserves the right to amend these T&Cs at any time. Any changes will be notified to You before they come into effect and your continued use of the services signifies acceptance of any such amendments.
